Mark J. Mingo has in excess of 25 years of civil litigation experience. He has handled in excess of 1,000 personal injury cases and has successfully tried many cases before juries in counties throughout Wisconsin. In addition to his many jury trials, Mark has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through arbitration and mediation.

Mark's experience as a trial lawyer includes cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, ATV accidents, boating accidents, snowmobile accidents, construction site injuries, medical malpractice, slip and fall/premises liability cases, products liability and commercial/business disputes.

In addition to his extensive trial experience, Mark was honored to successfully argue a Landmark Case before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. Mark has also argued cases at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago, Illinois and the Wisconsin Supreme Court in Madison, Wisconsin.

Mark has received the highest legal rating available in both legal ability and legal ethics. He has lectured at seminars involving other trial attorneys and claims professionals.

Mark received his undergraduate and law degrees from Marquette University. He is licensed to practice before the State Bar of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana, United States Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
