DOUGLAS M. FELDMAN is a shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors, with the law firm of Lindner & Marsack, S.C.
Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with a Milwaukee insurance defense firm where his practice revolved exclusively around the defense of worker's compensation claims for insurance industry and self-insured employers. His current practice is primarily focused upon representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in worker's compensation matters as well as representing management in labor relations matters such as termination issues, ADA claims and handicap discrimination.
Mr. Feldman is a frequent lecturer and speaker on topics such as subrogation, worker's compensation, family and medical leave, the Americans With Disabilities Act and other related issues.
Mr. Feldman received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his law degree from Marquette University. He is licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and Michigan.
