* Divorce: Our divorce practice emcompasses both traditional divorce, as well as innovative approaches such as collaborative and cooperative divorce, which emphasize a more holistic approach to the addressing the financial and emotional isssues attending the divorce action.
* Paternity: Paternity is much more than just establishing fatherhood over a child. It can be an important first step in determining child custody, physical placement and child support.
* Grandparental / Third Party Visitation: One of the casualties of a couple's divorce is often the estrangement of grandparents and relatives from the couple's child or children. Under very limited circumstances, Wisconsin enables grandparents or other qualified third parties to petition the circuit court for visitation of a minor child.
* Relocation of Children: One of the realities of modern society is the likelihood of relocation as a result of a person's work or career goals. This is a particularly delicate issue when faced by divorced couples sharing joint custody of their children.
